The data will be processed, in accordance with the aforementioned regulations, for the following purposes: To enable you to browse Our website, based on the legitimate interest of the owner; To enable you to have access to the services offered by the Sponsored Talents platform, in fulfillment of a contract and pre-contractual measures; To perform research and/or statistical analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, without the possibility of identifying the user (no Analytics systems are used), based on the legitimate interest of the owner; To fulfill legal obligations or to comply with orders from public authorities.

The Data will be processed with the support of computer or telematic means, in compliance with the Regulations and the Code, and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee their security and confidentiality and prevent their unauthorized disclosure or use, alteration or destruction through efficient security measures of a physical, logical and organizational nature. Where necessary for the pursuit of the purposes, Data may be transferred abroad, to countries/organizations outside the EU that ensure compliance with the processing methods set forth in the GDPR.

Limited to the respective scope of knowledge and limited to the need to achieve the purposes described in 5), the data may be brought to the attention of:

  1. Employees, collaborators, individuals appointed and authorized by the Owner;
